Getting To Know Warwick Baptist Church
Our Vision Story
During His earthly ministry, Jesus poured life and truth into twelve disciples. But He wasn’t simply teaching them, He was preparing them for a mission. One that would change the world forever. We believe this provides us with both a model and a purpose for authentic Christian discipleship. Those first disciples were equipped, and then sent out, to fan a flame that was set by the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. A Flame that has not been quenched in over 2000 years; and will remain ablaze until Christ’s appointed return. Read More
Services
Sunday morning s we have Bible Study and Worship Service.
9:50am – 10:50am
Our first hour is for our Bible Study groups. During this hour there is a small that meets for every age group from nursery to middle and high schoolers and also a multiple groups for adults. This is a time where you and any of your family can learn about what God’s word says and engage in a conversation about how that truth impacts your life.
11:00am
Our worship service usually starts with 2-3 songs led by our worship team. We sing both contemporary and traditional songs (with a contemporary flare). We have an opening prayer led by one of our church leaders followed by our time of tithes and offering. After this, we enjoy Gods word through the sermon. The worship service concludes with a song.
If you have children that are infants – toddler, you can choose to check them into Children’s Church right after the opening two songs and they will enjoy activities and a bible lesson while you are in the worship service. You can also choose to keep them with you. It’s totally up to you.

Common Questions
Short answer….NO! Though there are some people who love this sort of thing, there are many who find this very uncomfortable. The last thing we want to do is embarrass anyone. We will not ask you to stand to identify you as a visitor. There is a time where we all greet one another, but you can stay seated or walk around and mingle. It’s totally up to you. The only thing we will ask of our guests is to please fill out a card we provide and let that be what you drop into the offering plate. No standing and no great big “I’m New” badges. Just a warm greeting from a few people who are really glad to meet you.
